Terms and conditions of Warranty. Upon purchase terms and conditions of warranty are legally binding. We do not cover labor charges for any reason. Abuse, Commercial Use, Industrial Use Voids any and all warranties.
If a warranty applies to the purchased part, the customer must return the item to the location it was shipped from. Our warranty is binding only with the original purchaser of this invoice and claims will be handled with the purchaser only.
Contact Go Car Parts immediately PRIOR TO REPAIRING OR REMOVING any components. We require the original install and repair receipts prior to considering any warranty claim.
Customer satisfaction always comes first. That's why we back our engines with a 3-year warranty or 30,000 miles. Read on to find out more about the terms and conditions of your used engine or transmission warranty.
Warranty Replacements: In the event of a Warranty Claim with any part which has qualified for a Free Replacement, it is required the part be made available for pick up within 7 Working Days of notification. Failure to do so means the customer has chosen to keep it, and warranty will be null and void.
If the wrong part is received, we MUST be notified within 72 hours of delivery for return or exchange. If the part is not made available for pick up within 7 working days, the warranty will be void.
Returned Parts (not installed): If a customer wants to return or cancel a part BEFORE shipping, installing, or receiving for any reason, the customer assumes all shipping costs as well as a 35% restocking fee.
If a replacement motor is sent before the unwanted one is returned, it MUST be shipped back within 30 days or the customer will be charged for the second unit.
Engine oil and filter MUST be changed at the first 1,000 miles after installation and remaining oil and filter changes must follow manufacturer schedule.
Official Service Center Records must be kept — handwritten maintenance logs are not accepted.
The liability of Go Car Parts is exclusively limited to supplying a replacement engine (if available) or refunding purchase price. No labor, fluids, towing, rental, or consequential damages are covered.
Go Car Parts sells used engines and transmissions. Mileage cannot be guaranteed. All representations are estimates. Warranty coverage is provided regardless of mileage.
We do NOT accept anything “Freight Collect”.

Pistons, pins, crankshaft, bearings, rods, camshaft, valves, springs, oil pump, push rods, rocker arms, lifters, shafts.
Block & heads only if damaged by a covered component.
Covered ONLY when part of repair of covered components. General leaks are not covered.
Engines must be installed by an ASE Certified facility and warranty must be activated within 10 business days by emailing support@turboautoparts.com.
Thermostat and timing belt (if applicable) MUST be installed at time of installation.
If replacement is needed and no unit is available, Go Car Parts may pay cash equal to wholesale value. Replacement is only done ONCE.
Warranty is NOT transferable.
Fraud or misrepresentation voids warranty. Litigation must be filed in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Coverage expires at 36 months or 30,000 miles.
Transmission Cooler and seals MUST be replaced or warranty voids.
Torque converter, oil pump, governor, drums, planetaries, gear sets, shafts, bearings, synchronizers.
Sensors, external switches, leaking seals, non-broken parts, improper installation, overheating, towing, diagnostics.
All maintenance must be performed by a commercial facility. No DIY allowed.

Shipping charges are not covered. Defective engine must be returned complete.
Warranty claims must be made within warranty period. Customer must return the part within specified duration. Engineers will inspect the unit and repair/replace based on condition.
All items purchased come with free and extendable warranties.
