How to File a Refund Request?

- Alternatively, you can file a refund request by logging in on our website.
- Enter your order number and other details for the products you want to return.
- Upload photos of damaged or non-fitting auto parts and forward your request.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
All refunds are processed within 2-7 working days once we receive and inspect returned items. After we successfully process your refund in your original form of payment, we notify you via email.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or financial institution to credit the money back to your account.

Important Return Guidelines
- Upon receiving purchased items, inspect them thoroughly for damaged or missing parts.
- You must return the items within the specified 15 days of purchase.
- We are not responsible for returns after 15 days or for lost/stolen packages.
- Lost/Stolen package claims must be filed with the respective shipping company.
- Go Car Parts assumes no responsibility to reimburse installation costs, labor charges, towing expenses, additional repair expenses, or any expenses besides the product purchase price.
