Return & Cancellation Policies

Overview

Did the purchased auto part not fit your need? Don't worry — Go Car Parts offers refunds processed within 2–7 working days once we receive and inspect returned items.

After your refund is processed in your original method of payment, you will receive an email notification. Your bank may take additional time to credit the funds.

Below are the complete terms and conditions for returns and cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels the order before the order is shipped, the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and a 35% restocking fee.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are NOT allowed. We do not grant cancellations once the auto part leaves our facility.

No Refund on Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.

We refund ONLY the cost of the part. Shipping, freight, and handling costs are not reimbursed under any circumstance.

Return Within 15 Days

You must return the items within 15 days of purchase. We are not responsible for returns after 15 days or for lost/stolen packages.

For lost or stolen packages, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.

Extra Shipping Costs

We provide free shipping to commercial addresses. Shipping costs depend on delivery type:

Any extra shipping fees billed to us by the carrier must be paid by the customer. These additional shipping costs are never refundable.

Go Car Parts assumes no responsibility for reimbursing:

Damaged Product

Any damages to the delivered product must be reported within 24 hours.

Report cracks or damage within 24 hours, otherwise Go Car Parts will not be liable for shipping-related damages.

All legal litigations against Go Car Parts will be held in Tampa, Florida.

Warranty & CC Authorization

The warranty and credit card authorization must be signed and returned before shipping.

Failure to return the signed agreement promptly will cause shipping delays and may void the warranty.

Mileage Not Guaranteed

Go Car Parts is a part-locating company and does not guarantee mileage or the exact condition of the part.

We work with 5000+ junkyards across the U.S. to source reasonably used engines and transmissions. Although each item is tested and inspected, mileage cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Damages

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Inspect all items thoroughly upon receipt.

We ship only good-condition engines/transmissions. Shipping-related damages must be handled by filing a claim with the shipping company.

Go Car Parts is not responsible for shipping damages.

How to File a Refund Request?

  1. Contact us through our customer care number.
  2. Our representative will guide you through the refund request process.
  3. Alternatively, you may log in to our website to apply for a refund.
  4. Enter your order number and product details.
  5. Upload photos of damaged or non-fitting parts.
  6. Submit your refund request for review.
